At ORA Apparels, we want your order to arrive safely and within the expected timeframe. We currently offer delivery across the United Kingdom.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery — £1

Our standard UK delivery timeframe is 7–10 days from order confirmation.

We deliver throughout the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Your delivery timeframe begins once your order has been successfully confirmed.

Please allow 7–10 days for your order to arrive. Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive delivery or tracking information where available.

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and delivery details.

We will investigate the issue with the relevant delivery service.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost, ORA Apparels will arrange for the order to be sent again at no additional delivery charge, subject to product availability.

If you notice that you have entered incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to assist, although we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
